    Joshua Bloom is building a world class sales team focused on empowering marketers with solutions that drive authentic connections and business results. Prior to joining TikTok, Joshua spent over 11 years at Facebook and was the first employee in Canada. At Facebook, he built and managed one of the highest performing sales teams in the company and became a trusted business partner for some of the largest brands and agencies in Canada. With over 20 years of experience working in the digital media industry, Joshua has held senior leadership roles at Doubleclick, Conducive, WhenU and MySpace — bringing strong market knowledge and creativity to these companies.

With a wealth of experience gained from influential roles at Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, Google, #paid (an influencer marketing platform), and LinkedIn, Richard brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep understanding of brand management.

    Beyond his professional achievements, Richard is committed to sharing his expertise with others. He serves as an instructor, teaching digital marketing at esteemed institutions including the University of Toronto and other reputable tech schools.

    As Social Media + Digital Strategy Manager for Indigenous Tourism BC, she leads the charge in digital storytelling about the province’s rich Indigenous past and present, creating a future of empowered Indigenous economies and informed tourists who feel more connected to the roots of the province as they experience it through travel.

  • Lead, SMB Marketing and Grow with Google Marketing at Google

    Ana Tomas is a marketing professional with over a decade of experience in leading some of Canada’s most beloved brands. In her current role she partners with businesses and learners to support their digital adoption journey, helping them build the skills they need to achieve their full potential. Prior to her role at Google Canada, Ana led multiple portfolios at Johnson & Johnson, including over-the-counter medications, beauty, and baby care.

    Driven by her passion for continuous learning and supporting the development of future marketing leaders, Ana teaches Marketing Management at her alma mater, The Schulich School of Business at York University, where she earned her iBBA and MBA degrees. She is also a member of the Salvation Army National Advisory Board, an organization that is close to her heart.

    Matthew Tsang (he/him) is the Co-Founder of AndHumanity, an integrated inclusive marketing and communications agency with the core purpose of serving people-first brands that want to leave a legacy of belonging. Although the idea of the agency was first formulated back in 2018 and received tepid feedback, it has now grown into a leading voice for underrepresented communities in the industry, with notable clients like Amazon, Arc’teryx, Telefilm Canada, ASML, MEC, and more. Over his 15+ year career in marketing and communications, his work has been recognized internationally including features in Marketing Magazine, Global American Marketing Association (AMA) Conference, PR News, and more. Additionally, AndHumanity has authored a groundbreaking first-of-its-kind book on Inclusive Marketing featuring certified JEDI experts, and are also Founding Members of the Global Inclusive Marketing Alliance.

    Outside of his agency work, Matthew does speaking engagements on Inclusive Marketing, the Asian Canadian experience, and Entrepreneurship. He also has been and is currently a Strategic Advisor and/or Board/Committee Member for several organizations across Canada.

    Ted Lau dedicates time to helping others grow, connecting people to fulfill their goals, engaging in innovative ideas and is a lifelong student of leadership. To these ends, Ted is very active in the technology, start-up and young professional communities in Vancouver supporting and participating in entrepreneurship, business, education and social/economic development programs. His industry/sector market expertise spans real estate multi-family development marketing, professional service providers, financial institutions and online consumer goods.

  • Accenture’s Marketing Transformation Lead

    Brent Chaters Leads Accenture’s Marketing Transformation practice based out of Toronto. He has over 20 years of Digital Marketing experience client side (HP, Intuit) and agency side (SapientNitro) across multiple industries. He personally works with clients to think through new technology adoption for personalization, AI adoption and use cases, scaling revenue, and improving channel performance covering commerce, analytics, campaign management, media optimization, and marketing automation.

    He has taught interactive marketing for Harvard’s Global Executive Master Digital Business offering and is the author of Mastering Search Analytics and co-author of Multichannel Marketing Ecosystems: Creating Connected Customer Experiences, co-host of Marketing Disrupted with Amber Mac, and presented a TedX talk on Embracing Opportunity.

    Brent is a board member for the Canadian Marketing Association, as well as the Chair for the Finance Committee. Brent is the Executive sponsor of the Indigenous Employee Group within Accenture leading change across the organization including Reconciliation.
