Advisory Network Lists 

Advisory network lists will be maintained and stored electronically in Mailchimp.  The network lists should be updated annually, and they should include member name and contact information, and the date they were added to the network list.

Meeting Minutes 

The minutes of all DMSC meetings will be stored electronically in a secure database. 

Board Recommendations 

Board recommendations will be approved by the DMS Marketing Labour Market Group. 

Requirements of Board of Directors

• A minimum of 4 Board meetings per year, hosted virtually over Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meets, or a similar platform

• Board meetings can include, but are not limited to, facilitating focus groups, and reviewing periodic research carried out by the DMSC

• Provide letters of support for research carried out by the DMSC   

PROCEDURES FOR NEW BOARD member RECOMMENDATIONS 

All individuals who are recommended to join the DMSC Board of Directors must fill out the Board of Directors Application form.

The DMSC will review all applications within 5 business days of submission, and have the option to only inform those who have been selected to join the Board of Directors about the decision.
